Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM June 18th through August 4th Come get moving with PWO! Break away from the summer slump - let’s swing, jump, climb, surf-skate at the indoor PWO Training Center! Students will learn to stay fit through fun movements, improving balance, coordination, flexibility, muscular endurance, strength, and overall health.
